For you, that translates to aggressive pricing, predictable availability, and a floor that looks identical in phase one and phase five.

Every Community Line colorway is offered in both a fiberglass-reinforced glue-down LVT and a 5 mm luxury rigid core floating plank, so the same visual can run across an entire portfolio regardless of substrate, sound requirement, or install method.

LVT Glue Down
2 mm virgin vinyl with fiberglass reinforcement and a 12 mil resistance layer. Dimensionally stable, low build height, and the workhorse choice for high-traffic corridors, amenity space and large-format installs.

Luxury Rigid Core Plank
4 mm rigid core, 5 mm overall, with a Uniclic locking system and a 1 mm attached sound-reducing pad. Floats over most existing substrates. The fastest path through an occupied-unit turn.
Matching Accessories
Stair treads, matched to the line.
Saguaro manufactures stair treads built to last, in the same colors and grains as the Core 3. A one-piece profile with an integrated bullnose means stairs match the floor plank for plank, without site fabrication slowing the install.

Protects color against sun exposure in high-glazing units and south-facing exposures.

Transparent wear-resistant layer
12 mil resistance layer standing between your floor and the traffic it will actually see.

Natural wood texture and grain emboss registered to the visual, with depth you can feel underfoot.

Core layer
High-density solid core for exceptional indentation resistance and dimensional stability.

Underlayment
1 mm sound-reducing pad attached to the floating construction, with no separate underlayment line item.
